SPA ETIQUETTE

Before visiting the pools and saunas, please wash yourself, remove your make-up and tie up loose hair.

Enjoy the spa and sauna centre at a calm pace, not at a run. To protect your feet and avoid slipping we recommend wearing flip-flops or water shoes with good grip. Jumping into the water is allowed only in the sports pool.

Shaving, using body scrubs and colouring hair belong at home or in a beauty salon and may not be done in the centre’s washrooms.

Sauna whisks can be bought from the sauna centre bar. Please leave your own whisks happily at home!

Deeper relaxation and a more pleasant sauna come from staying quiet and being considerate of your fellow bathers.

The loungers and canopy beds are meant for resting, not for reserving with a towel and a bathrobe.

Visit the cafés inside the spa, where you will find food to your taste and refreshing drinks. Bringing your own food and drinks into the spa area is not allowed.

To enjoy the sauna experience, know your limit with alcoholic drinks and be considerate of your fellow bathers.

If you cannot keep to that limit, Elamus Spa staff have the right to escort you out of the centre.

Only food and drinks bought on site may be consumed in our spa areas. Breaching this carries a 100.- fine.

Elamus Spa is not liable for items left unattended. Please take care of both your own and our property. Set compensation amounts apply for damaged Elamus Spa property. The fine for a lost wristband chip is 50 euros. If you find the chip at home the next day, the fine is not refunded.
