Projects

The project carries out the activities set out in the digitalisation roadmap of Mustamäe SPA OÜ and removes several bottlenecks identified so far. During the project we introduce Salbos, a new self-service booking module that lets customers book massages, bowling and various events quickly and conveniently through the website. As a result, the whole booking and service process becomes smoother and the digital maturity of Mustamäe SPA improves.

A project of the European Union NextGenerationEU recovery facility, aimed at investing in digital self-service for customers and in the digitalisation of internal work processes. This reduces the need for human intervention, raises customer satisfaction and increases the efficiency and speed of service. By optimising and digitalising processes and using data effectively, we achieve greater digital maturity, technological intensity, productivity, sustainability and competitiveness.
