How to spend a day at the spa?

Elamus SPA is the spa with one of the largest sauna selections in the Baltics. While we are usually used to a time limit when visiting sauna and water centres, at Elamus SPA you do not have to watch the clock – the ticket has no time limit!

In total the centre has 23 saunas, plus pools for both grown-ups and little ones. This makes it possible to take time out for a whole day, forget about time and everyday worries, put your thoughts in order and pamper your body. Below are some suggestions for spending a relaxing day at Elamus SPA from early morning until late evening.

The early riser

The centre opens at 10 in the morning. In terms of ticket price, the period from 10:00 to 14:00 is also the cheapest time for visitors.

The swimming pool, however, opens as early as 7.30, and at 8 in the summer season. Morning is the ideal time to wake your body with a proper swim. For this Elamus SPA offers a 25-metre sports pool that also meets Olympic competitor standards. The 6 different lanes are wide enough to enjoy privacy and do water sports undisturbed and with focus.

End your sporty morning in the sauna bar, where for breakfast you can order tasty and nourishing savoury or sweet pancakes.

A working day or a daytime break

At Elamus SPA you can also spend a different and more relaxing home-office day. SPA 21+, with an additional 8 mystical saunas, makes it possible to enjoy quiet and privacy during the day. Put on a bathrobe, stretch out on the loungers with your laptop, and instead of the routine office stretches, take a refreshing sauna. Entry to the SPA21+ area is from the age of 18.

If you want to reward your whole team or spend a completely different and memorable working day together with them, Elamus SPA offers a private room for seminars, the SPA 21+ Rose Garden, which seats up to 15 people and has everything needed for a working day or a seminar.

For lunch there is a choice of heartier kebabs, burgers and snacks. A lighter and very healthy meal comes in the form of various fresh salads.

If you can enjoy a whole free day, it is worth taking a good book to relax with between saunas and swims. And if you left your book at home, that is no problem either – Elamus SPA now has bookshelves on site with reading for every taste.

Sauna masters help you get the most out of the saunas

From 14:00 onwards the sauna masters begin moving around the sauna temples. Their task is, every hour on the hour (and at certain times on the half hour too), to unlock the full potential of the saunas and, in addition to throwing steam, to offer rituals in the form of aromas and sounds.

Treatments that offer experiences

To get the most out of your day at Elamus SPA, between the sauna and water pleasures do not forget to pamper your body with treatments. Among 7 different massages, both a person who enjoys gentler, more relaxing kneading and a body demanding a stronger, more sporty treatment will find the most suitable one.

Two body scrub treatments, a foot treatment and a solarium give the whole package of experiences a final careful polish.

The weekend enjoyer

Elamus SPA offers the chance to spend a refreshing but memorable short break, even for a whole weekend. Start the morning with an invigorating sporty swim, have a refreshing lunch in the sauna bar and spend time accompanied by the sauna masters’ rituals.

On a sunny day you can sunbathe on the outdoor terrace, where you can dip into a hot tub or try the distinctive boat sauna.

Elamus SPA is the only spa open until midnight. Parking is free too!
