Warm saunas that warm both body and soul have always been part of Estonian traditions. At Elamus Spa you will find plenty of them! Warm saunas, refreshing water pleasures, body-pampering treatments and massages, and other experiences too.

Elamus Spa is the spa with the largest selection of saunas in the Baltics, with 22 different saunas and water features, plenty of sauna rituals and activities for expectant mothers, families, children, adults and senior ladies and gentlemen alike.
In 2022 Elamus Spa also became a member of the Aufguss association, which brings together the world’s best spa and sauna centres. As a member it has the chance to introduce Estonian sauna culture to the organisation’s other members. A Japanese delegation has already visited Elamus Spa, and a story about the visit appeared in the Japanese edition of Forbes. Membership also makes it possible to invite sauna masters from other countries – in January 2023, for example, rituals were performed by Ashley Fijma, a sauna master of Norwegian roots living in the Netherlands who ranks among the world’s best and is a truly beautiful woman at heart.

Sauna rituals hold an important place at Elamus Spa. Worth mentioning is, for example, the Bridge of Dreams sauna, where Jaan Tätte’s songs play as a background for relaxation, the interior is pleasantly woodland-like, and deeply relaxing sound rituals are held with singing bowls, gongs and bells. The Whisk Sauna, the Mud Chamber and the Lovers’ Cave are not far behind either. Female visitors’ favourites are in the Lovers’ Cave, where skin-moisturising and rejuvenating, wonderfully fragrant shea butter rituals take place. Every sauna has its own character. After the rituals, the cherry on the cake is the chance to jump into a cold pool or, in a snowy winter, straight into the snow.

What also makes the spa special is that you can sauna until midnight. So there is no need to worry if you would like to stay longer.
